BULK ORDER POLICY

1.1. We offer bulk order discounts on select products for customers who order a minimum quantity. The MOQ will depend on the product and will be indicated on the product page.

2.1.We offer bulk order discounts on select products based on the quantity ordered. The discount percentage will vary depending on the product and quantity ordered. A separate Proforma will be provided for bulk orders.

3.1. Some products may be eligible for customization. The customization options and pricing will depend on the product and the customization requested.

4.1. Payment for bulk orders must be made in full before the order is processed.

6.1. We do not accept returns on bulk orders unless the products are defective or damaged upon receipt.

6.2. If you receive a defective or damaged product in a bulk order, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to arrange for our team to review & assist. Final decision will be ours.
