  • Shipping Methods:

  • Shipping Rates:
  • 2.1. Shipping rates will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Shipping (Freight and packaging) rates are incorporated in product pricing.

    2.2. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Please check our website or social media pages for any current promotions.

  • Delivery Times:
  • 3.1. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. We will do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

    3.2. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

    • Approximate Delivery Time for Big Articles (tables, cabinets, chairs, bed frames, etc): Upto 8 Weeks
    • Approximate Delivery Time for Small Articles (mirror, trays, side table, etc): Upto 4 weeks

    3.3. Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs inspections, or other delays beyond our control.


  • Shipping Restrictions:
  • 4.1. We are unable to ship to certain locations or countries due to legal or logistical reasons. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

    4.2. Some products may also have specific shipping restrictions due to their size, weight, or other characteristics. These restrictions will be indicated on the product page.


  • Customs Duties and Taxes:
  • 5.1. Orders within the United Arab Emirates are door-to-door. All International Orders (outside UAE) are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Additional charges (if any) like custom duty, clearance, local transport etc at destination to be borne by the customer

    5.2. These fees are not included in our shipping rates and will be the responsibility of the customer to pay upon delivery. We recommend that you check with your local customs office for more information on these fees.

  • 6.1. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your package online.
