3.1. Payment for customized products must be made in full before the customization process begins.

4.2. Estimated production times will be provided after the customization form has been submitted and approved.

5.1. Shipping for customized products will be calculated based on the shipping location and the shipping method chosen. Shipping rates will be provided based on final agreed delivery terms.

6.1. Customized products are final sale and cannot be returned unless the products are defective or damaged upon receipt.
